- These characteristics are not considered defects but are unique marks of artisanal craftsmanship.
- By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these inherent variations.
2. ORDERS & PAYMENT
- All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
- We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.
- Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
- Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase through our secure payment gateways.
3. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
- We take great care in packaging our fragile items for transit.
- Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.
- BIVANO VENTURES LLC is not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services for international orders.
4. DAMAGE & RETURNS
- Transit Damage: If your item arrives broken, please email company@bivanoventures.co within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
- Returns: Due to the fragile nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns for “change of mind.” If an exception is made, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and ensuring the item arrives back to us undamaged.
